Confined Space Management

Chain Resources offers qualified and experienced personnel to manage confined space work on all industrial sites. With confined spaces being 150 times more hazardous than normal working environments, it is paramount that procedures are in place to ensure the safety of the work force exposed to such conditions.

An important part of that process is the management of those areas by trained and experienced personnel; people who understand the industry and are aware of their responsibility to keep the client’s focus on safety paramount in the minds of all those associated with that environment.

Due to years of working in the industrial sector, Chain Resources key managers have a vast knowledge of systems already being used by various large companies and would like to offer a service that at least meets or enhances those existing procedures. US 3272 Wear and operate breathing apparatus in general emergencies.

US 14562 Confined Space Rescue.
US 17596 Safety observer responsibilities in the workplace.
US 17599 Plan a confined space entry.
US 17602 Apply hazard ID & risk assessment procedures.
US 18426 Hazards associated with confined space.
US 19522 Undertake job safety analysis.
US 3058 or 25510 Operate an atmospheric testing device.
Basic use of Word and Excel programmes.

Individual Certificates and Competencies are available for all personnel.
Additional Unit Standards can be achieved at client’s request.
